Refund & Returns Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your Ultras Avanti order. Please read this policy before requesting a return, replacement or refund.

Nothing in this policy limits your statutory consumer rights.

Your right to cancel

You may notify us that you wish to cancel an online purchase within 14 days after receiving it, without providing a reason.

After notifying us, you must send the product back within a further 14 days.

To begin a return, email info@ultrasavanti.shop with:

- Your name
- Order number
- Product being returned
- Reason for contacting us
- Photographs if the product is damaged, defective, misprinted or incorrect

Do not send a product to our registered office, Printful or any production facility without receiving return instructions from us. The correct return procedure may depend on where the order was fulfilled.

Return condition

You may inspect and try on a product as you would in a physical shop.

Returned products should be unworn beyond a reasonable fitting, unwashed and free from stains, odours, pet hair or other damage. Original packaging should be included where reasonably possible.

We may reduce the refund if the product has been handled beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and fit.

Change of mind or incorrect size

If you change your mind or order the wrong size or colour, you may request a return within the cancellation period described above.

You are responsible for the cost of returning the product unless we agree otherwise. We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service and keeping proof of postage.

Please review the size guide carefully before ordering.

Damaged, defective, misprinted or incorrect products

Contact us within 30 days after delivery if your product:

- Arrives damaged
- Has a manufacturing defect
- Is misprinted
- Is materially different from what was ordered
- Is the wrong product

Include clear photographs showing the entire product and the problem.

After reviewing the claim, we may offer a free replacement or refund. You do not need to return a damaged or defective product unless we specifically request it.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct size or colour exchanges.

If a return is accepted, you may place a new order for the preferred size or colour. This does not affect your statutory rights concerning faulty or incorrect products.

Personalised products

The statutory right to cancel may not apply to products made to your individual specifications or clearly personalised for you.

This exception does not apply merely because a standard Ultras Avanti design is produced after an order is placed, and it does not affect your rights if a product is faulty, damaged or incorrect.

Refunds

We will notify you after receiving and inspecting an authorised return.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. We process the refund within 14 days after receiving the returned product or acceptable evidence that it has been sent back.

Where legally required, we will also refund the cost of the least expensive standard delivery option offered for the original order. Additional charges for premium or express delivery are not refundable.

Banks and payment providers may require additional time to display the refund in your account.

Customs duties, import taxes and return-shipping charges are not refundable unless required by law or the return results from our error.

Order cancellations and changes

Contact us immediately if you need to cancel or change an order.

We may be able to cancel or modify an order before fulfilment begins. Once production has started, changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed. Your statutory cancellation rights after delivery remain unaffected.
