Shipping Policy

Most Ultras Avanti products are made to order and require fulfilment before dispatch.
Order fulfilment
Standard fulfilment usually takes 2–5 business days. Complex products, high-volume periods, public holidays or circumstances outside our control can require additional time.
Shipping methods and charges
Available shipping methods, estimated delivery times and charges are shown at checkout after you enter your delivery address. Any free-shipping offer applies only when the conditions displayed in the store or at checkout are met.
Estimated delivery times
After dispatch, delivery commonly takes 1–8 business days for domestic shipments and 5–20 business days for international shipments. These timeframes are estimates and are not guarantees. Customs processing, carrier delays, weather, incorrect addresses and other circumstances outside our control can affect delivery.
Tracking
When tracking is available, we will send a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking link. Tracking information can take up to 48 hours to show its first update.
Split shipments
Items may be produced at different facilities or require different packaging. Parts of the same order can therefore be dispatched separately. You will not be charged additional shipping because we split an order after purchase.
Delivery addresses
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Contact us immediately if an address needs correction. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after fulfilment has started.
Customs duties and import taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes or handling charges imposed by the destination country. These charges are normally the customer's responsibility unless applicable law requires otherwise.
Delayed, lost or damaged parcels
If tracking shows a delivery problem, or a parcel appears lost or damaged, contact info@ultrasavanti.shop with your order number. We will review the available tracking information and assist with the carrier or fulfilment partner where possible.
